For this next update, I am having trouble finding specific rates (either before/after or just “after”) in the PE section of the USPS website. I was looking the other day for First-Class flats, which I use extensively. I’ll check for Media Mail while I’m next looking, although it isn’t used that often: Counter clerks don’t offer it and Media Mail is often stopped, opened and checked to make sure there’s not even a hint of a (first-class) message enclosed.
