Announced by the USPS on October 24, 2022.
A new Floral Geometry stamp, denominated at $10, will be available for purchase, complementing the similarly designed $2 and $5 stamps issued in 2022. The stamps lend an elegant and contemporary appearance to packages, large envelopes and other mailings. The stamp art features a series of overlapping geometric shapes that mimic the symmetry of floral patterns found in nature. The watercolor background and the glimmer of the foil-stamped design and typography create a sophisticated look. The stamp will be issued in panes of four. The stamps were designed and created by the firm Spaeth Hill. Antonio Alcalá was the art director.
New information will appear below the line, with the most recent at the top.

In 2023, a new Floral Geometry stamp denominated at $10 will be available for purchase, complementing the similarly designed $2 and $5 stamps issued in 2022. The design of these high denomination stamps lends an elegant and contemporary appearance to packages, large envelopes, and other mailings. The stamp art features a series of overlapping geometric shapes that mimic the symmetry of floral patterns found in nature. As the stamp denominations rise ($2 to $10), the designs become more complex. The watercolor backgrounds and foil-stamped designs and typography create a sophisticated look. The stamps were designed and created by the firm Spaeth Hill. Antonio Alcalá was the art director.

After Speaking with a representative of the San Diego Stamp Show,
There WILL be a First-Day-of-Issue ceremony. ( The Usual type ) There may be PRIVATE entities doing a video presentation/broadcast of the show, but no USPS crew will be doing any videos. There will be First-Day-of-Issue Cancellations, and several local entities will be present selling Cache Envelopes. There will Also be four days of ” San Diego Stamp Show ” cancellations for participants at the show.
The USPS is bringing a ‘Substantial Amount’ of the $10 stamp for sale at the show. ( Printed in a Pane-of-4 ) USPS will be glad to ‘Hand Back’ the cancels for these stamps. See the link in Lloyd’s comments for more info on the show.
Enjoy the weather in San Diego. ( The Double Low-Pressure systems are bring rain to the west side of the islands, and maybe Snow on Mauna Kea. )
I had sent an eMail to the person I spoke with, asking about a ‘Mailing Address’ to get the ‘Show’ postmarks. He said just send them to the hotel address, and they would forward them to the Stamp Show people. How long this will take?
There has been nothing in the Postal Bulletin about any cancellations at this show, Maybe in the 23 FEB issue. ( San Diego Stamp Show with a Palm Tree )
( To far to fly for just a postmark & trip to Tijuanna )
I think sending them to the hotel without a specific person is a bad idea. let me check for something better. Usually, postmark requests go to “Postmaster, [city/state]”
I Agree.
I waiting until the 23 FEB 2023 POSTAL BULLETIN, and it showed up on Page 38:

This is No Where Near the Hotel in El Cahon, It is probably the ‘Processing Center’ for the 921xx ZIP Codes.
So, If you don’t want to Fly to San Diego / TiJuanna for the show, or take the CoastLine AMTRAK to San Diego, and then the bus to El Cahon, sending some SASE’s to the above address is probably cheaper.
I will also send this info to the Stamp Show Contact.
