The U.S. Postal Service is midway through issuing artist Clarence Lee's Lunar New Year series. The twelve stamp designs combine calligraphy with paper-cut designs.
Lee, an American of Chinese descent who lives in Hawaii, also designs cachets for the series. Here's his entry for the Year of the Dragon (2000) stamp. The FDC is autographed by Lee, too.
