22c each additional ounce (-1c)

Postcards:

20c (no change), but 21c for USPS postal cards (+1c)

Priority Mail:

$3.20 (+20c)

Express Mail:

$11.75 (+$1)

Certified Mail:

$1.40 (+5c)

Minimum Insurance:

85c (+10c)
