This store Seller is currently away. Please add this Store to your Favorites and come again when we re-open on Monday, 2/5/18.

This is why USPS has nothing for sale on eBay…
OK…
You have to go to www.usps.com/store It seems no eBay at the moment.

And here’s the likely explanation, from the stamp-selling part of the USPS.com:

Due to systems upgrades, orders placed Tuesday, January 30th through Sunday, February 4th will require an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

When there’s a major operation at SFS (including the annual full audits), everyone gets conscripted to work on it and other operations such down. In this case, you can’t sell stamps over the Internet if the computer systems are down!

  1. USPS is back on eBay. Still not much ‘structure’ to their listings. The varieties of each stamp are spread throughout the listings. All of the Forever Increases were made on STAMPS, Philatelic Items are at the old price. Folks should remember the $1.25 – $1.50 Shipping and Handling they charge is for PRIORITY mail, and is Per Order, not Per Item. ( Priority costs me $6.70 … )

  2. Another thing done while USPS ‘ on vacation’
    INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS Large Envelope/Flats
This can now ONLY BE DOCUMENTS. ANYTHING ELSE
is placed in the INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS PARCEL rate.
    ( Add $7 )
If your sending STAMPS, and wanted an Tracking Number, this will now
cost A LOT MORE, as such things as STAMPS are NOT Documents.
If there is a Tariff on the things your sending, and they open a “Letter”,
    your contents could be seized.
This has Shut Down my eBay store. If you want that pane of Marilyn Monroe
stamps, and you only want to pay $3.23 postage, YOU are going to be required to ask me to FOLD IT at a Seam, so it is LETTER RATE, Not Large Envelope rate.

Slam The Door, going out of business sale…
