The OPS meets at least once a month, and often twice:

  • January - May: The first Tuesday and third Monday
  • June: Club picnic on second Sunday
  • July: No Meeting
  • August: No Meeting
  • September - November: The first Tuesday and third Monday
  • December: First Tuesday
All meetings, with the exception of the picnic, start at 7:00 pm, in the Conference Room of the main U.S. Post Office in Oshkosh (1025 West 20th Avenue; use the northeast entrance). Door prizes are offered at each meeting, too.

Meeting themes have included "Your Favorite Stamp," APS slide shows, swap meets, collection insurance, mounting philatelic material, and U.S. Postal Service philatelic policies.

Dues are $3 per year, and visitors are always welcome and may participate in all meeting activities except voting on club issues.

The Oshkosh Philatelic Society is also affiliated with the Wisconsin Federation of Stamp Clubs, and was one of the first stamp clubs in Wisconsin.
